PLEASE NOTE CUT OF TIME FOR WITHDRAWALS/CANCELLATION       will only be accepted up to 5pm the Wednesday before the competition.  If your cancellation is received before then your entry can be carried forward tothe next event.  If after that time unfortunately your entry cannot be refunded or carried forward unless your place(class and time) is filled by a late entry.
